• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with Taiwan candidates.
• Experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong written and verbal communication; trusted advisor to stakeholders and candidates.
• High initiative and ability to navigate evolving environments with autonomy.
• Data-driven approach: use market trends and internal metrics to refine strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance and others to scale hiring.
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates via branding, events, and employee referrals.
