Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, proactive pipeline development, stakeholder advisory, AI integration, and data-driven decision making to optimize regional talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams
• Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Draw upon an extensive network using a variety of sourcing channels and industry contacts
• Stakeholder Management & Advising: Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimization: Partner with internal AI agents to automate tasks and scale outreach
• Data Utilization & Analytics: Use recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies and improve metrics
