Job summary

Payoneer seeks an APAC Business Process Manager to join our APAC Operations COE in Shanghai. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, focusing on automation, governance, and operating models to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in BPM, operations transformation, or related functions.
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, and stakeholders.
Strong process improvement and workflow design expertise.
Experience with CRM, ticketing, workflow automation, and reporting platforms (Salesforce, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead operational transformation initiatives across APAC and drive measurable outcomes.
Design and enhance service models, procedures and governance frameworks.
Drive process automation and digitization with Product, Technology, and Operations.
Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end from requirements to launch.
Establish performance metrics and reporting for operational health.
Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Champion continuous improvement using data and customer feedback.
