Job summary

Meta in Menlo Park seeks an Analytics Business Partner to drive business decisions through People data. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, influencing people strategy at scale.

You will lead cross-functional projects, present findings to executives, and develop scalable analytics solutions using Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets, while upholding data privacy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MBA/MA/MS in a relevant field with 4+ years consulting or corporate data analytics experience
• Experience in analytics, management consulting, sales operations, finance, compensation, or related areas
• Knowledge of statistical analysis (descriptive statistics and significance), quantitative research, and data interpretation
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and prioritization
• Experience engaging with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders
• Experience working across organizational levels, building trust and collaboration
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and complex formulas
• Experience communicating technical results to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in data analytics to identify business insights and develop executive-level presentations to influence people strategy
• Act as an internal consultant, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver insights and scalable solutions
• Focus on impact and propose metrics to understand success of people initiatives
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional inputs while balancing business needs
• Deliver analytical findings to leadership audiences
• Leverage Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets to build models and extract insights
• Demonstrate judgment handling highly sensitive personal data
• Leverage AI tools to build scalable analytics solutions and automate workflows for Meta leaders, HRBPs, and data analysts
• Ensure data privacy, governance, and security when deploying AI on sensitive data
