Job summary

CBRE seeks an Alliance Director in New York to oversee the department that builds and maintains relationships with strategically important client accounts. The role focuses on leading operations and delivering workplace experience services.

You will supervise staff, drive revenue opportunities, and present plans to clients while upholding CBRE RISE values and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and retention preferred.
• Workplace/hospitality experience is essential.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and lead teams.
• Strong leadership to set and achieve targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the department delivering workplace experience services (concierge, reception, meeting & events, admin duties).
• Supervise staff, manage training, conduct evaluations, oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, assignments, and cross-training.
• Implement strategies to build profitable relationships and find new revenue opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and present short and long-range plans to clients.
• Direct new business efforts with current accounts and source opportunities.
• Hold regular status and strategy meetings with client management.
• Evaluate industry trends and meet revenue targets.
• Apply broad knowledge of multiple disciplines and business drivers.
• Lead by example and embody CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve complex operational problems.
• Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
