Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and retention preferred.
• Workplace Experience (workplace/hospitality expertise) is a must.
• Ability to communicate sensitive and complicated information and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced, inquisitive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the department responsible for delivery of workplace experience services (Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, admin duties).
• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training/development, conduct performance evaluations, oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities, schedules, assignments, and cross-training.
• Implement business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit short and long-range plans/strategies to clients.
