GuidePoint Security is seeking a Manager of New & Emerging Alliances to lead our evolving partner ecosystem and collaborate with top security vendors on go-to-market strategies. You will work directly with senior executives to align priorities, measure success, and expand joint opportunities.

As a key member of the VRM team, you will drive engagement with new partners, shape onboarding processes, and help scale partnerships across the US market, contributing to GuidePoint’s rapid growth and

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and organization skills are required.
• Track record of speaking to and coordinating with an Executive audience (SVP/EVP/C-suite).
• Demonstrated ability to set and overachieve KPIs with measurable impact.
• Dynamic leadership with a team-first mindset and willingness to learn AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage our New Partner Program.
• Frontline engagement with GPS Vendor Partnerships and onboard new partners.
• Shape utilization of systems, KPIs, and measures for partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day engagement with executives at partner organizations.
• Ensure executive alignment with GuidePoint at corporate level.
• Identify overlap with GuidePoint services to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Communicate strategy and progress against KPIs to stakeholders.
• Drive margins, marketing spend, sales, and partner satisfaction.
