Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking an Associate Manager of Alliances to advance our VRM initiatives in the US. You will own partner engagement strategy, drive joint GTM planning with executives, and lead onboarding and KPI-tracking across a growing vendor network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in alliances/vendor management or related partnerships.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences (SVP/EVP/C-suite).
• Track record of setting and overachieving KPIs with measurable impact.
• Fast-paced, team-first culture contributor who thrives under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound interest from prospective vendor partners.
• Run a monthly new vendor webinar and manage onboarding flow.
• Proactively oversee a subset of onboarded vendors.
• Architect and execute GuidePoint's Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) strategy.
• Lead front-end engagement with vendor partners and explain onboarding requirements.
