Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking an Associate Manager of Alliances to join our rapidly expanding VRM team. You will own and execute our vision to become the fastest-growing cybersecurity services company in the US, coordinating with senior executives and partners to align on joint GTM strategies and progress.

You will manage onboarding, vendor relationships, KPI tracking, and quarterly webinars while collaborating with GuidePoint’s alliance partners to expand pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships or alliances.
• Strong presentation and organization skills for executive audiences.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-first culture.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound interest from prospective new vendor partners.
• Run a monthly new vendor webinar to manage inflow of new vendors.
• Proactively manage subset of newly onboarded vendors.
• Architect and execute GuidePoint's Vendor Relationship Management Strategy.
• Explain onboarding requirements and process to new partners.
• Shape utilization of systems, processes, KPIs, and measures for partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day engagement with executives at partner GTM teams.
• Ensure executive alignment with GuidePoint at a corporate level.
• Identify overlaps with services to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Communicate strategy and progress against KPIs to stakeholders.
• Drive margins, marketing spend, and partner-satisfaction scores.
