Databricks is seeking a Lead Counsel to support strategic technology partnerships and initiatives. You will lead legal work for complex tech transactions, coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver pragmatic business guidance.

You will navigate AI model platform partnerships, open source and cloud agreements, while building scalable processes and templates across the partnership practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in law with a tech focus, in-house or at a national firm.
• J.D. from a top-tier school; member in good standing.
• Experience with AI model platforms and strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with open source licensing and cloud data-platform deals.
