Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer (East) to drive AI-powered customer experiences. You’ll partner with Sales Directors to guide discovery, design, and validation of Cresta's solutions, translating business goals into technical architectures using LLMs, SLMs, and real-time AI assistance.

In this role you will run technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and own POV engagements, building business cases that quantify ROI through cost reduction and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles, with 3–5 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and CCaaS platforms.
• Experience with CRM tools and analytics in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner to customers - uncovering objectives and translating them to AI-driven solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems (contact center, telephony, CRM/Workforce).
• Qualify and translate requirements into robust Cresta configurations.
• Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations showing ROI from AI-powered agents and analytics.
• Own POV engagements including integrations and real-time coaching workflows.
