Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineering Director to lead high-performing Solutions Engineers in complex sales cycles across the United States. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to align technical support with pipeline priorities, coach teams through solution design, and ensure excellence in demos and technical validation.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in technical sales, strong knowledge of AI applications, and proven leadership in the contact center space. This fully remote position comes with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Understanding of AI Agent applications.
• Deep expertise in Contact Center technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of strategic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings to coach SEs.
• Create and maintain individualized development plans.
• Align closely with Strategic Sales Leaders.
• Run weekly SE pipeline reviews.
• Manage SE team capacity and utilization.
• Provide hands-on support for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Product on the roadmap.
• Develop and deliver high-impact demos.
• Establish and scale technical best practices.
