Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and success teams, delivering technical presentations and client-ready PoV projects. You will design and manage customer-specific PoVs, build dashboards, and assist with RFPs while staying current on new features.

The role is hybrid within the Central U.S., with a strong preference for candidates near Chicago, IL, and travel up to 50% for onsite meetings and collaboration with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms for enterprise needs.
Strong customer-facing skills, able to influence technical and executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, and integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat).
Able to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations explaining products and integrations for clients.
Design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific PoV projects.
Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management.
Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs and stay updated on new features.
