Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to blend pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture for AI-powered enterprise solutions. You will act as a technical advisor to prospects, shaping value-based solutions and integrating our platform into complex environments.

You will partner with account executives, craft tailored demos, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels. This is an in-office role supporting enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of customer facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role
• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for customers
• Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows
