Job summary

Decagon, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge pre-sales, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You will serve as a technical advisor and help integrate the AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems.

You’ll partner with Account Executives to craft ROI-focused solutions, develop demos, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders across levels. Collaboration and GTM fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer facing experience in a sales engineering role.
• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions with ROI.
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for customers.
• Develop custom demonstrations tailored to customer needs and value.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise prospects and customers.
• Drive value-based solutioning and integration of Decagon’s platform into complex ecosystems.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to tailor solutions.
• Create and deliver customized demonstrations for customer needs.
• Explain complex technical concepts to C-level decision makers and business users.
