Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to drive AI-powered customer experience transformations. You will work with Sales Directors as a business consultant and technical expert to guide discovery, design, and POV engagements.

You’ll map customer goals to Cresta’s real-time AI capabilities, including virtual agents, agent assist, and conversation intelligence, and deliver product demonstrations that show measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles, including pre‑sales or solutions engineering.
• Experience explaining AI/ML concepts to business audiences.
• Strong knowledge of CCaaS and contact center architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner to customers to map objectives to AI-driven solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions on customer systems including contact center tech and CRM.
• Translate requirements into robust Cresta configurations and demos.
• Design POVs, integrations, and real-time coaching workflows.
• Run ROI workshops and build business-case models for measurable impact.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering on market needs.
