Job summary

C3 AI is hiring a Senior Director, Strategic Solutions for the Intelligence Community Sector. You will develop high-value AI use cases and roadmaps, working with IC agencies and prime contractors to drive digital transformation and long-term growth.

You will build strategic engagement plans, manage prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to create new offerings. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, strong communication, and a track record of selling SaaS to the IC.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Proven success selling SaaS solutions to the Intelligence Community.
• Deep IC landscape knowledge, procurement processes, and programs.
• Extensive knowledge of AI technology and data analytics.
• Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers in IC orgs.
• AI/ML understanding is highly favorable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Sales consulting or management consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the Intelligence Community sector.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts, building relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand IC procurement processes and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Engage in strategic relationships with IC customers to realize digital transformation goals.
• Develop and maintain Intelligence Community customer engagement plans.
• Research and identify customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to develop new offerings.
• Drive business development with company alliance partners.
• Personally engage in strategic account selling and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
