C3 AI, Inc. is seeking Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions to lead high-value AI use cases and roadmaps for global 1000 customers from New York.

You will shape digital transformation strategies, collaborate across sales, engineering, products, and marketing, and drive continued growth with partners. Ideal candidates have strong AI/ML fluency, consulting experience, and exceptional communication skills, with willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, CS, or related field.
• Master's or MBA degree preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML is highly favorable.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global customers to understand and implement digital transformation strategies.
• Engage in strategic relationships to realize digital transformation goals.
• Develop and manage strategic customer engagement plans.
• Identify prospects and targets for opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing to create new offerings.
• Drive business development with alliance partners.
• Engage in strategic account selling and customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
