Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement, to lead the EisnerAI Platform’s strategy, governance, and multi-LLM orchestration on Azure. You’ll drive a multi-year roadmap, align platform capabilities across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing, and scale to 1,000 deployed agents while ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you’ll elevate platform fluency, build cross-service-line partnerships with hyperscalers and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform/product leadership.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview, and AI Search.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization programs in production environments, translating model performance data into platform-wide strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap—architecture, model lifecycle, and governance-as-code—scaling the EisnerAI Platform on Azure toward 1,000+ deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across the firm’s multi-LLM environment.
• Own the connection between EisnerAI Platform and the broader technology ecosystem, establishing a proactive bridge for scale.
• Lead cross-cutting governance and cost-control measures across platform and services.
