Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to serve as the technical backbone of EisnerAmper's AI transformation. You will own the multi-year platform roadmap, architecture, model lifecycle, and governance-as-code to scale EisnerAI across tax, audit, advisory, and outsourcing services.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this high-impact role emphasizes collaboration with hyperscalers and AI vendors, driving performance engineering, and building shared capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform/product leadership with scale experience across business units.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview, and AI Search with production-scale reliability and cost accountability.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization programs, translating model performance data into platform-wide routing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute AI Platform Strategy, roadmaps and governance for EisnerAI Platform.
• Lead platform architecture, data, and agentic layers on Azure AI Foundry with scalable reference architecture and standards.
• Codify AI governance and compliance into platform-level controls in partnership with AI governance.
• Build real-time performance monitoring, cost per interaction, and adoption metrics as shared capabilities across service lines.
• Deliver dashboards translating platform performance to business value and mentor teams across IT and service lines.
