Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to drive the platform's multi-year roadmap, governance, and cross-service-line coherence. You will oversee model lifecycle, vendor diversity, and cost optimization while guiding Azure-based architecture across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this role blends platform engineering with strategic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform leadership.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview, and AI Search.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization in production environments.
• Strong governance, security, and cost-management capabilities across large-scale AI platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, governance, and business lines.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year AI platform roadmap and governance to scale EisnerAmper's AI Platform toward thousands of deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across a multi-LLM environment.
• Bridge EisnerAmper AI Platform with ETI and broader enterprise ecosystem for coherent integration.
• Own cross-cutting capability enablement: real-time performance monitoring, security controls, and executive dashboards.
• Lead platform strategy and architecture for data, application, and agent layers on Azure Foundry, with standards and reference architecture.
• Mentor technical and business teams to build platform fluency and drive cost-effective scalability.
