Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to serve as the technical backbone of EisnerAmper's AI transformation. You will own performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the EisnerAI Platform on Azure, guiding multi-year roadmaps and cross-service-line coherence.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will scale the platform to 1,000 deployed agents, establish governance and evaluation benchmarks, and partner with hyperscalers to extend platform capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 10+ years in technology strategy or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure with production-scale reliability and cost accountability.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking and optimization programs in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap — architecture, model lifecycle, and governance-as-code — scaling the EisnerAI Platform on Azure toward 1,000+ deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across the firm’s multi-LLM environment.
• Own the connection between the EisnerAI Platform and the firm’s broader technology ecosystem (ETI).
• Lead platform governance, ensuring compliance and coherence across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing.
