Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to lead the technical backbone of EisnerAI. You will own architecture, lifecycle, governance, and cost-efficiency of the platform, with a roadmap toward 1,000 deployed agents across tax preparation, audits, and advisory services.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this high-visibility role spans platform architecture, engineering, and strategic operations, partnering with hyperscalers and AI vendors to extend capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science
• 10+ years of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform leadership
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization in production environments

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap, architecture, model lifecycle, and governance-as-code for the EisnerAI Platform
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across a multi-LLM environment
• Own the connection between the EisnerAI Platform and the firm’s technology ecosystem (ETI)
• Lead architecture to align platform with B2B and B2C AI use cases across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing
