Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to lead the technical backbone of its AI transformation. You will own the platform roadmap, governance, and lifecycle, driving multi-LLM strategies and cross-service-line coherence toward scalable, cost-efficient deployment across tax, audit, and advisory workflows.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you’ll partner with ETI and external hyperscalers to expand platform capabilities, mentor teams, and deliver dashboards that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform leadership.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview, and AI Search with responsibility for platform reliability and cost.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap, architecture, and governance-as-code, scaling EisnerAI toward 1,000+ deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards across the firm's multi-LLM environment.
• Bridge EisnerAI Platform with the firm's broader technology ecosystem (ETI) for seamless scale.
• Lead AI performance engineering, benchmarking, routing, and cost-optimization strategies.
