Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to lead the AI transformation, owning performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the EisnerAI Platform. You will define multi-year roadmaps, establish governance, and drive cross-service-line coherence as usage scales to 1,000 deployed agents across tax, audit, advisory, and outsourcing.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this role blends platform architecture, AI engineering, and strategic operations, building partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform/product leadership with scale experience.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview, and AI Search.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap and governance-as-code to scale EisnerAI Platform toward 1,000+ deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across the firm's multi-LLM environment.
• Bridge EisnerAI Platform with ETI and broader tech ecosystem to support firm-wide use cases.
• Architect and evolve data, application, and agentic layers on Azure AI Foundry with reference standards.
