Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to lead the technical backbone of EisnerAmper's AI transformation. You will own platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, scaling the EisnerAI Platform on Azure toward thousands of deployed agents across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will define lifecycle standards, drive cross-service-line coherence, and partner with hyperscalers to extend platform capability, while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, ADLS, Purview).
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap - architecture, model lifecycle, and governance-as-code - scaling EisnerAmperAI on Azure toward 1,000+ deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across the firm's multi-LLM environment.
• Lead AI performance engineering across the LLM ecosystem, benchmarking models for accuracy, latency, cost, and quality.
• Build and operate real-time performance monitoring, guardrails, and security controls for AI systems firmwide.
