Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to drive the technical backbone of EisnerAmper's AI transformation. You will own platform strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and cross-service-line coherence to scale the EisnerAI Platform on Azure toward 1,000+ agents across tax, audit, and advisory services.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this high-impact role shapes governance, performance engineering, and ecosystem partnerships to extend platform capability enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years in technology strategy or platform leadership.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry and related services.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization programs in production.
• Demonstrated experience translating governance, risk, or compliance requirements into platform-level controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap on Azure toward 1,000+ deployed agents with cohesive foundation across Tax, Audit, Advisory, Outsourcing.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across multi-LLM environment.
• Lead AI performance engineering, routing, and cost-optimization while preserving output quality.
• Build and operate real-time performance monitoring, guardrails, and governance across AI systems.
