Job summary

Prime Intellect AI is building the open frontier AI stack and seeking a senior partnerships leader to own strategic alliances with NVIDIA, hyperscalers, and datacenter operators. You will guide joint customer engagements, map workloads to solutions, and co-create go-to-market programs that accelerate adoption of our platform across labs, enterprises, and research teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical partnerships, alliances, solutions architecture, or technical business development with at least 3 years managing strategic partners
• Direct experience with NVIDIA, a hyperscaler, or GPU cloud provider — ideally on the partner side
• Strong technical grounding in AI infrastructure: GPUs, networking, distributed training and inference, CUDA/PyTorch ecosystem
• Track record of co-selling with partner field teams
• Experience delivering technical enablement to sales and engineering audiences

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 tier-1 technical partnerships as the single accountable lead
• Manage relationships across partner organizations including alliance managers and field sales
• Run quarterly business reviews and joint annual plans with clear goals and metrics
• Coordinate partner programs to unlock credits, tiering, and visibility
• Negotiate and manage MOUs and joint commitments with Legal and Finance
• Lead joint customer calls from discovery to close
• Map customer workloads to joint solutions and scope proofs of concept
• Coordinate escalations across both companies
• Build a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities and report on it
• Drive joint technical work: integrations, benchmarks, and configurations
• Translate partner roadmaps into product opportunities
• Write reference architectures and solution briefs
• Deliver enablement content for partner teams and conduct training
• Plan co-marketing, speak at events, and secure co-sell motions
• Own partnership metrics and report revenue impact to leadership
• Identify and evaluate new strategic partners across compute, tooling, and enterprise
