Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is seeking a Founding Solutions Architect to own workload discovery, architecture, benchmarks, and POC development. You will work directly with ML engineers to specify GPU types, clusters, networking, and performance targets, then frame a compelling technical business case for executives.

This founding role demands defining playbooks, reference architectures, and production designs that will shape how we sell to frontier labs and enterprises in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong ML infrastructure and distributed systems background.
• Experience with modern training/inference stacks and CUDA/GPU environments.
• Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture or similar role.
• Ability to translate technical results into business value.
• High ownership and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture across training, post-training and inference workloads.
• Design customer architectures on Prime infrastructure delivering production readiness.
• Own workload benchmarks and proofs of concept against baselines and competitors.
• Develop repeatable benchmark playbooks and drive adoption of the platform.
• Communicate effectively with ML engineers and executive stakeholders.
