Job summary

Snowflake seeks an Senior Manager for our Google Cloud partnership to lead product integration, joint marketing, and co-sell pillars. You will support joint customers and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market with Google Cloud and Snowflake.

Reporting to the Senior Director of CSP Alliances, this role offers a strategic opportunity to drive the AI Data Cloud partnerships and scale collaboration with Google Cloud across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant sales and alliances experience.
• 3+ years leading an ISV partnership with Google Cloud, generating over $100M in annual co-sell.
• Prior background in software and SaaS.
• Proven success leading alliance partnerships and ability to identify mutual business interests.
• Be a highly-analytical and data-driven strategic thinker with problem-solving and execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Programs.
• Strong verbal and executive presentation skills to communicate strategy and impact.
• Strong multitasking, negotiation, organization, and teamwork.
• Proven self-starter with initiative and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cloud Partner Sales teams across the Americas, EMEA and APJ to hit annual co-sell targets.
• Drive co-sell with Google Cloud and Snowflake sellers in AMERS.
• Create sales plays and identify ways to improve co-sell and joint customer solutions, incl. Global 2000 and industry use cases.
• Manage Google Cloud-related incentive fund programs with Snowflake’s Incentive Programs team.
• Lead QBRs with Snowflake senior executives and Google Cloud counterparts.
• Collaborate with partner marketing to create programs highlighting Snowflake and Google Cloud joint solutions.
• Coordinate with Product Integrations and Partner Sales Engineering teams and Google Cloud counterparts.
• Create annual business plans between Snowflake and Google Cloud.
• Prepare enablement materials for Snowflake and Google Cloud partner teams and account executives.
• Build trust-based relationships across internal Snowflake and Google Cloud stakeholders.
• Use Snowflake systems to measure field programs and sales impact, pipeline, and wins.
