Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to partner with global tech leaders and accelerate Claude adoption across API, Claude Code, and Cowork. You’ll translate business goals into value-driven AI initiatives and guide customers through scaling usage, change management, and expansion opportunities.

You’ll own executive relationships, drive adoption metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape how Anthropic delivers ongoing value across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with F500 techs, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at executive level.
• Leads large change/adoption programs with C‑suite sponsorship.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Own customer operations across the account lifecycle with structured success plans.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's API, Claude Code, and Cowork to guide solutions.
• Drive consumption planning and ROI hypotheses across Claude surface areas.
• Monitor usage patterns and push end-to-end value from commitments.
• Serve as thought partner and socialize Anthropic’s product roadmap with customers.
• Develop change management strategies to drive adoption and enablement across organizations.
• Prioritize across business units and build repeatable motions.
