Anthropic is seeking a manager to lead the Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech. You will drive frontier AI adoption in partnership with the go-to-market organization, guiding a pre-sales team that supports account executives in understanding and deploying Anthropic’s Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API.

Qualifications

7+ years as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role.
3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
Deep proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.

Responsibilities

Hire and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects with technical guidance.
Set team goals with sales and other org functions.
Advise strategic customers on AI adoption strategies and POC execution.
Collaborate with Enterprise Tech sales leadership to drive product adoption.
Work with product and engineering to prioritize customer feedback.
