Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Business Development Director for the Infrastructure Solutions Group in the U.S. You will drive growth across CSP and Enterprise segments, leveraging your server expertise and network to close high-value AI and HPC deals.

You will lead strategic client engagements, shape proposals with Product Management, and manage end-to-end contract processes. This role requires deep industry knowledge and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or marketing; electrical/computer science is a plus.
• 8+ years directly related experience.
• 8+ years in Server/AI/Hardware/Software industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive vertical growth across Cloud and Enterprise sectors in the US.
• Identify and capture new direct-sale opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Source high-potential leads via trade shows, executive networking, and collaborations.
• Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers from engineers to C-suite.
• Educate prospects on ASUS ISG’s AI servers, liquid-cooling, and software solutions.
• Lead strategic presentations tailored to client engineering and procurement teams.
• Partner with Product Management to craft competitive proposals and lead RFPs.
• Own end-to-end contract process from commercial review to execution.
• Collaborate with international ISG peers to align goals and share intel.
