Job summary

ASUS Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in the United States seeks a results-driven Business Development leader to drive the U.S. expansion across CSPs and Enterprise markets, focusing on AI servers, HPC, and software-defined solutions.

You will leverage a deep server ecosystem network to identify, qualify, and close high-value deals, collaborating with product management and engineering to deliver scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure and maintain exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience directly related to position.
• 8+ years of direct business experience in Server/AI/Computer Hardware/Software industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration or marketing; engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand market footprint across Cloud and Enterprise sectors in the U.S.
• Identify and capture direct-sale opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Source high-potential leads through trade shows and executive networking.
• Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers from technical architects to C-suite.
• Educate prospects on ASUS ISG’s AI servers, liquid cooling, and software solutions.
• Lead high-impact presentations tailored to client engineering and procurement teams.
• Architect competitive proposals and lead RFP responses with Product Management.
• Own the end-to-end contract process from commercial review to final execution.
• Collaborate with international ISG peers to align goals and share market intelligence.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and operational excellence.
