Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing sales role with strategic selling experience.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build relationships.
• Experience driving upsell opportunities in consultative engagements.
• Analytical ability to manage pricing and cost considerations.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to grow revenue and market share among existing customers.
• Develop and implement sales cycle strategies to drive product adoption, new sales, and client retention at scale.
• Address complex client needs by collaborating with product, sales, risk, and operations teams to enhance offerings.
• Build and refine the go-to-market playbook for AI monetization and usage-based billing (UBB).
• Engage with AI founders and industry influencers to position Stripe as the preferred infrastructure for monetizing AI.
• Represent Stripe in market-facing activities (e.g., hackathons, webinars, events).
