Job summary

ICW Group is hiring an AI Governance Manager to administer and execute governance day to day, coordinating committees, AI risk, and compliance, and maintaining audit-ready artifacts across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Director of Cloud, AI, ML, and Enablement Platforms, the role focuses on governance workflows, policy governance, and regulatory readiness, with hybrid work optional and significant cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced governance, risk, or compliance program experience in a technology or regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating committees, decision logging, and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive materials and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Governance Operations and Lifecycle Management: coordinate AIGEC and subcommittees and manage intake-to-decision workflow.
• Policy, Standards, Controls, and Inventory: maintain policy library, support control testing, and drive improvements.
• Administer the AI Systems Registry: ensure audit-ready inventory and enforce registry gate.
• AI Hub Ownership: operate the AI Hub on SharePoint for ~1,300 employees.
• NAIC Regulatory Compliance Coordination: serve as NAIC Response Coordinator and coordinate evidence collection.
• Monitoring, Audit Readiness, and Reporting: produce dashboards and audit-ready packs.
• Training, Awareness, and Change Management: coordinate governance training and coaching.
