Job summary

MCI is seeking an analytical AI Governance Analyst to establish, maintain, and strengthen governance frameworks for responsible AI use across the organization. The role focuses on policy management, risk assessment, monitoring, and advisory support to legal, compliance, security, and AI teams.

Responsibilities include developing governance frameworks, documenting controls, and promoting responsible AI practices while staying current with evolving regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; minimum 3 years in governance, risk, compliance, audit, information security or related disciplines.
• Experience evaluating AI governance frameworks, controls, and policies.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical controls.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across legal, compliance, security and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks.
• Assist in developing AI policies, standards, and governance procedures.
• Maintain governance documentation and control frameworks.
• Support the implementation of responsible AI practices and monitor adherence.
• Provide oversight of AI governance activities and prepare leadership reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and promote awareness of responsible AI practices.
• Stay informed on evolving AI regulations and industry standards.
