First Command Financial Services, Inc. seeks an experienced AI Governance Leader to drive enterprise governance across AI programs. You will own the end-to-end operating model and lead cross-functional teams responsible for governance, risk, and controls.

This role requires 4+ years in AI governance or related fields, plus strong executive communication and stakeholder management. You will guide governance technology platforms and ensure regulatory compliance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in AI governance, enterprise risk, compliance, security, model governance, or technology governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end AI governance operating model.
• Lead governance intake, risk triage, approvals, exceptions, and escalation processes.
• Define governance policies, standards, and risk frameworks.
• Oversee incident management, exception reviews, and compliance activities.
• Mentor AI Governance Specialists and manage team workload.
• Represent the AI governance program with executive stakeholders and control partners.
