Job summary

FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-enabled solutions. You will own discovery conversations, design end-to-end agentic systems, and deliver working prototypes that prove value within weeks.

You will work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, balancing data, context, and evaluation to ensure trustworthy AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions or LLM workflows.
• Advanced English is required.
• Strong ability to lead client-facing discovery calls.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specs from current state to executable plan.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD and versioning for AI-enabled applications.
• Operate post-launch with evaluation, observability, and cost control.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, defending decisions and shaping proposals.
