FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-powered solutions. You will run discovery, validate business cases, and deliver agent-based systems with robust retrieval and data strategies.

You’ll work across CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leaders to quantify impact and ensure production-ready outcomes. You will own architecture decisions, drive delivery from discovery to deployment, and contribute to ongoing improvements in AI

Competenze

5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
1–4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
Experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
Proven track record leading client-facing discovery calls and decompose unstructured problems.

Mansioni

Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders; assess data readiness.
Structure the process and the spec for automation projects.
Architect and design agentic systems end to end focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
Build: ship working agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
Operate (Day 2): monitor evals, observability, and handoff to client teams.
Consult: defend decisions to CTOs and senior leadership; support pre-sales scoping.
