FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions in production. You will work across consulting, operations, and engineering, forming trusted advisor relationships with executives and technical leads.

You will own discovery with clients, define architectures, and deliver prototype-ready systems within weeks. Strong emphasis on data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trust and performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures.
• Advanced English communication is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation and AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
• Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, and cost/latency management.
• Present decisions to CTOs and senior leadership; support pre-sales with scoping and proposals.
