Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-powered solutions. You will validate business needs, design data-informed AI architectures, and deliver production-ready systems that endure real-world use.

Expect rapid discovery conversations and fast-paced delivery across client environments. The role blends consulting, operations, and engineering, with emphasis on data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• Advanced English is required.
• Meaningful experience with frontier AI developer tools and AI-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation candidates.
• Architect & design agentic systems with emphasis on data, retrieval, and context.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Operate Day 2: maintain eval harnesses, observability, and handoffs to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, quantifying impact in business terms.
