Job summary

FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and operate AI-powered solutions. You’ll partner with COOs and VPs of Engineering to validate business cases, design robust retrieval architectures, and deliver production-grade agents and data pipelines.

You will work across discovery, architecture, deployment, and post-launch optimization, ensuring trust, performance, and tangible value for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and decisions, then translate to specs for people and AI systems.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Operate (Day 2): evaluation harnesses, observability, and cost management after launch.
• Consult with CTOs and executive leadership; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
