Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect end‑to‑end agentic systems, and ship production-ready solutions. You’ll fuse consulting, operations, and engineering, ranging from business case testing with executives to delivering measurable AI value within a few weeks.

You’ll own CI/CD, prompt/versioning, and day‑2 evaluation with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong client-facing discovery and requirement deconstruction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure process specs for automated workflows with clear data flows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling with production-grade data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI systems including prompt/context versioning and gating.
• Operate Day 2: observability, metrics, drift management, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs and senior leaders; support pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
