The candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain tooling personas, and measure progress through usage analytics and KPIs, influencing decisions without direct ownership of delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data, organizational development, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; leadership in enablement, training, standards, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI enablement strategy, curriculum, and cadence for AI fluency across the enterprise.
• Define and maintain AI licensing standards and tooling personas; map roles to tools and training paths.
• Coordinate across AI foundations workstreams: knowledge base, agent repository, semantic layer, and dashboards.
