7+ years of professional experience driving enablement, standards, or programs in technology or data
Experience driving technology adoption and measuring impact across a large organization
Experience operating in a matrixed environment and influencing without formal authority

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, curriculum, and cadence for how the organization builds AI fluency and applies AI to workflows.
Define and maintain enterprise AI licensing standards and tooling personas; map roles to tools and training paths.
Coordinate across AI Foundations Portfolio workstreams and translate direction into enablement and standards.
Plan and lead AI Week activities, track progress, and report outcomes.
Partner with HR and Learning & Development on enterprise AI fluency programs and evidence of learning.
