Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Product AI Manager to lead AI-enabled product strategy, development, and delivery across the enterprise.

You will partner with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, own the roadmap, and ensure successful execution from concept to deployment and adoption. This role requires leading cross-functional teams, setting measurable KPIs, and driving business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field; practical experience accepted.
• Experience defining product strategies and translating them into outcomes.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI product portfolio vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify AI opportunities aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver scalable AI products.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and KPIs for AI initiatives.
• Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes through stakeholder engagement.
