Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise AI solutions across generative AI, agentic AI, ML, RAG, enterprise search and intelligent automation. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to turn opportunities into secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead architecture, define reference patterns, ensure security and governance, mentor teams and communicate trade-offs to technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in solution or cloud architecture roles.
• Proven experience delivering production Azure solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or agent-based solutions.
• Ability to guide solutions from discovery to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Define reusable reference architectures and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with security, governance, and product teams.
• Provide leadership and mentoring across AI teams.
