Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors. You will define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

Engagements are time-bound, often 12 weeks, across single or multiple accounts, focusing on delivering lasting value. Your work will involve collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and generate value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, tech advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Experience in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit delivery.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architecture sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools and Salesforce platform.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Government/Nonprofit/Education clients.
