Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting or professional services) required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end and travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle ownership: lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• AI strategy and architecture: define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap.
• Deployment oversight: manage engagement timelines, risk escalation, and reporting.
• Adoption and consumption: own metrics and drive measurable value realization.
• Delivery team coordination: align with Forward Deployed Engineers on execution.
• AI-supported development: build real solutions using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.
• Customer stakeholder management: main contact for Government, Nonprofit, Education customers.
• AI readiness: assess readiness and guide change management.
• Product feedback loop: translate field insights into roadmap improvements.
